As Stelle, you can find this item at Jay Jay, Tok's Clocks, Kina, Midsworth, Silvia, Luxe, Goldie, Pinfeather, Quixel, Chronos, Aero and Ande. You can also rarely find this item enchanted at Cobweb, Kev's Armory, Knightshade, Hef and Freiya. Jetpack can also be dropped by Infernal Dreadnought and Aleppa Tantius.
